Free prepaid labels both ways

How to ship your device to us

Six steps from “it's broken” to “it's fixed.” You never pay for shipping on an approved repair.

  1. 1. Submit a repair request
Fill out the repair form with your device, the issue, and photos of the damage. It lands in our system instantly with a reference number like #D1042.
  2. 2. Approve your quote
Within one business day we email you a diagnosis and a fixed quote. Reply “approve” and we generate your prepaid shipping label — you pay nothing for inbound shipping.
  3. 3. Print the label + packing slip
Your label arrives as a PDF attachment. Print it, then print the packing slip below and drop it in the box so your device is matched to the right ticket.
  4. 4. Pack it properly
Wrap the device in bubble wrap or a towel, fill empty space so nothing rattles, and use a sturdy box. Remove SIM cards, SD cards, and cases. Keep chargers unless we asked for them.
  5. 5. Drop it off
Tape the label flat over any old barcodes and hand it to any carrier location or scheduled pickup. Keep the drop-off receipt until the repair is done.
  6. 6. Track and receive
We email you on arrival, when the repair starts, and when it ships back. Return shipping is free on every approved repair, and the fix carries a 90-day warranty.
Photos to send with your request
Six shots let us quote accurately the first time — blurry or partial photos are the #1 cause of a revised price after diagnostics.
  • Full front of the device, powered on if it turns on.
  • Close-up of the crack, dent, or damaged port — fill the frame.
  • The back and all four edges so we can log existing wear.
  • The screen showing any error message or boot loop.
  • Serial / IMEI label (Settings > About, or the sticker underneath).
  • Anything you're shipping with it: charger, cable, dongle, case.

Shoot in bright, even light on a plain surface. JPG, PNG, or WEBP up to 6MB each, max 6 photos.

Before you seal the box
Eight things that prevent 90% of repair delays.
  • Back up your data — repairs can require a factory reset.
  • Turn off Find My / activation locks so we can test the device.
  • Remove SIM cards, memory cards, and personal accessories.
  • Include the packing slip with your reference number.
  • Do not ship loose batteries separately from the device.
  • Photograph the packed box before you seal it, just in case.
  • Use a box at least 2 inches larger than the device on every side.
  • Tape all seams — H-tape the top and bottom of the box.
Print your packing slip
Fill this in, print it, and drop it inside the box with your device.
